Obscene and the reality in which we force ourselves to live and who stubbornly grow day after day.
And who better to tell us about this phenomenon of decay if not the generation of the diameter, the generation born precarious, which denied any remnant of the future?

Companies with a strong character with poetic and show us different ways, the obscene reality to which we refer.

Harsh criticism of a society which, falling down to the mad pursuit of hedonism at all costs, nell’arrogante impudence of dissolute behavior flaunted without shame, has become “scene”.

So what to do when the obscene acts as the end of the scene, as the passing of every illusion or secret?
A scene from real defrauded, not extinction can not absorb, concentrate and as a mirror to reflect it in all its ruthless tragicomic obscenity.

The 1st edition of FESTIVAL obscene, born from the encounter between Teatro Stabile of Sardinia and Cada die Theatre, with the support of the Cariplo Foundation, aims to offer the public a glimpse of the new theatrical production of Lombardy.

Year after year we will try to present concerns, the differences and the constants of this new theater, region by region, starting from Lombardy with 6 companies selected from 22 residences Être stage of the project, promoted by Fondazione Cariplo.

Obscene FESTIVAL will take place at the Teatro Massimo and Teatro La Vetreria.
