EUROPEAN HERITAGE DAYS – EXCURSION IN SELLA OF THE DEVIL-29 TO 30 SEPTEMBER

On 29 and 30 September 2012 Italy took part in the European Heritage Days. “Italy is the treasure of Europe”, the slogan for our beautiful country.

For two days Italy will be transformed into a great theater natural and cultural open free to all, where over 1,450 venues, all over the region, will stage the beauty, history and culture of our country.

Italy participates in the Days since 1995 and each year devoted to the initiative on the last Saturday and Sunday of September.

The environmental organizations Friends of the Earth and Legal Intervention Group, as in previous years, participating in the European Heritage Days with the guided hike on the nature trail and archaeological Sella del Diavolo.

The two tours will be illustrated by the volunteer guides who take care of the hiking program designed to raise awareness of the incomparable natural values, landscape, history and culture of one of the most beautiful of Sardinia and the Mediterranean.
