1st FESTIVAL IMPARARTE – CAGLIARI – 22 TO 23 SEPTEMBER

First edition of the festival of painting “Impararte” in Cagliari on Saturday 22 and Sunday, September 23, 2012 for children, teens, adults, 12 free workshops and by appointment.

Two days entirely dedicated to painting and drawing to learn about current painting impressionism and abstract art and to delight in the art of drawing.

For the first time in Cagliari, in the wake of what is already happening in many Italian cities and the world, will be held the Festival of Painting open to all children, youth and adults, united by the pleasure of painting with a passion for history art.

Organized by the School of Painting and Drawing “ImparArte” directed by Michela Guaragno, that within one year after its launch has been a hundred members, including young and old, the Festival will be held at the school, in Satta , 23, in Cagliari, Saturday 22 and Sunday, September 23, from 9 to 18.

The Festival offers 12 free workshops, with a maximum of 10 students and one hour and a quarter each.

The workshop, led by a teacher with proven experience, both artistic and teaching, is divided into two parts: a theoretical, involving an artist and his technique, a second practical part in which students will compete in the free interpretation one of his paintings. The workshops are dedicated to Claude Monet, Paul Klee, Edgar Degas, Paul Gauguin and Vincent Van Gogh

The teachers will guide students enrolled in the Festival to learn the mysteries of the art of painting and drawing have a long career and who teach in the same school. Sonia Carlini, Cagliari, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari is multifaceted artist who works from Cagliari to London where he worked with Bill Kenwright Ltd (the largest London theater production company). Currently his work is on display at the Royal Palace for the collective painting “From Baroque to contemporary art: The Metamorphosis of the Angels.” Maria Munoz, of Seville, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Seville, is a painter, he has worked for the University of Seville for lectures and decorative paints large format, has just finished a collaboration with the Art Gallery of Cagliari. Carla Cossu of Cagliari, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, is a painter and has exhibited in various exhibitions. ImparArte is a school of painting and drawing, which opened its doors about a year ago for the passion and commitment of Michela Guaragno. Expert in marketing and communication, Guaragno who lived for some years in Rome, the capital of Sardinia resulted in a learning experience that exists elsewhere successfully for various time.
