Again Coldiretti, in collaboration with the Agrimercato of Sassari and the City Council, in the splendid nightlife square Tola, is organizing the third evening of the “Little Yellow Nights Campagna Amica” scheduled for Friday, September 7, 2012 from 19 to 23 . With a small change compared to the planned schedule, due to logistical issues during the evening will be offered a real Sardinian dinner in the style of Campagna Amica. Of course, the menu will be strictly zero km with local produce skilfully according to tradition. And to complete the evening continues edition of the well known night market Campagna Amica city, which not only will go on sale goodness of the land, but will allow consumers to find the same products offered in the menu tasting.
The “Dinner Sarda in September” will give way to a classic island cuisine: dumplings, strictly granulated flour of durum wheat with a Sardinian sausage gravy, coming from local farms.
