August 22 to 26 offers a 4 day adventure in supramonte Baunei and Oliena, down to the coves with beautiful trek and venturing into the waters of Cedrino kayak

22/08 departure from Cagliari in the evening for Baunei area, dinner and overnight camping

23/08 Trip to Cala Goloritze, breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight camping

24/08 Trip to Cala Biriola, breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight camping

25/08 Trip to Cala Sisine, breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at the Lodge

26/08 Kayaking in Cedrino, Breakfast in the hut, picnic lunch, return to Cagliari

We will stay in camp and shelter equipped with the ability to use the service bathroom and dining for dinner;

In the morning we will wake up early to deal with the cool trips and also enjoy some time to swim in the crystal waters of the Gulf.

The last day we will move in Oliena to paddle in the waters of Cedrino and arrive after a pleasant journey, the sources of the canyon and Gologone Flumineddu – back

The cost for the 4 days of activities is € 250.00 and will be included for the first 8 participants, with the accompanying GAE guide, transportation by van and, for those who had not, rent camping equipment (tents 4 seats and sleeping bag, even if just a simple bed sheet), rent a kayak, a half-board at the refuge for the last day with typical Sardinian dinner and breakfast. If you want you can also conclude a convention for dinners in the first 3 days of camping.

For those who come with their own half the cost is € 200.00

As always the accompaniment will be performed by qualified guides GAE regularly from Sardinia; always ask who will accompany the certification accompanying hiking, it is your safety, as well as the quality of experience.

Hike of medium difficulty
Required proper equipment: Hiking boots, backpack at least 20 liters, swimsuit, microfibre towels, plenty of water for 4 days, food for packed lunches (canned, white bread, snack foods, supplements)
We have various tents, sleeping bags and mats for the night is recommended a simple sleeping bag or sleeping bag summer
We will spend 3 nights camping and 1 night in a refuge on comfortable beds
