THE CLASSICAL TRADITION MEETS THE FOLKLORE – CHURCH OF SAINT CLARE -THURSDAY JULY 19

Thursday, July 19 starting at 20 in the monumental church of Santa Clara – Santa Clara ladders, Piazza Yenne – Cagliari will be held a concert entitled
“The classical tradition meets the folklore” as part of “Portraits of Sardinia”

Interesting mix between the sounds of the island and the classical tradition – through the works of composers who are capable of transforming the timbre of launeddas and organ in a score for string quartet.

The concert is organized in collaboration with the project of the Summer School Filef Sardinia which houses young children of Sardinian emigrants living abroad, thanks to the contribution of the Sardinia Region – Department for Work
