WEEK AND FESTIVAL RAVIOLI – BARADILI – 8 TO 15 JULY

A week dedicated to the delicious ravioli Baradili culminating in the great celebration of July 15. The smallest country of Sardinia is ready to celebrate its delicious specialties in style. We’ll start it from 8 to July 14, seven days dedicated to ravioli with discounts, free tastings, promotions.

Who will visit during the week of ravioli Baradili it will spend a fun afternoon in the wonderful water park Ilidarab (the price of entry into the pool for the event will be 5 euros for adults and 3.50 for boys), sample free ravioli in the restaurant at Tonic, buy a pack just packaged pasta from Santa Margherita, with 20% less, and finally, eat a pizza at Pizza Ranch in with a discount of 15%.

On July 15th is the day instead of the big event with the event on the wire of Taste.

Starting from 18.30 there will be a great feast of ravioli. Even this year in addition to ravioli prepared in the traditional way you can sample data resulting from innovative recipes prepared for the occasion by Chef Christian Andreini (Andreini in Alghero Chef of the restaurant) and Stefano Deidda (Chef of the restaurant Il Corsaro in Cagliari).

A step by step path to taste: a square for each recipe, to discover the sensational flavors offered by two chefs in the corners of the historic center of Baradili.

Music and dancing in the streets of Old Town with a performance by folk group Curcuris San Sebastian and the spectacle of traditional Sardinian music with Ignatius Cadeddu (guitar) and Vincent Cannova (launeddas).

Entertainment for children:
