WINE REFUGE – CAGLIARI – MAY 25

Cagliari “Wine Lodge” is an event that aims to support, qualify and disseminate knowledge of air-raid Shelter Don Bosco in Via Cagliari, through guided night with the particular combination of Wine & Culture. Participants will be offered features tastings of wines and islanders cannonau arising from the wine and gastronomic traditions of the island territory.
“A natural informality”, the encounter between culture and wines by the largest World War II air raid shelter in the city. Now become a weekly event, so loved by the public of the world of ‘the city’s culture and gastronomy. An appointment to the discovery of the historic spaces of the city and the production of food and wine island.
It is therefore an expression of ‘light’ that combines the historical element of the area visited, for an intriguing conversation with the guests, accompanied by a tasting of typical products and wines islanders.

The project Cagliari “Wine Lodge” will be structured as a sensory journey traveling, which will allow visitors to know the wines from local wineries and at the same time get a guided tour through the history of the bomb shelter.
