ANTICA HOSTARIA
the Ancient Hostaria has ancient origins. Born in 1852 as an inn with stabling. We stopped the carriages of the wealthy owners of the Interior Sardegna who convened in the city for business and trade shows.
At the beginning of ‘900 it becomes an inn famous for certain dishes, and so poor Cagliari until 1972 when it was purchased by Mr and Mrs Floris Antonello and Lilli. A perfect marriage even in the professional aspect.
Antonello fact adds to the experience gained in the work of Lilli’s family (who own restaurants in Rovereto, Bolzano and Corvara) a special creativity that over time will become famous all over Cagliari.
The restaurant is called “Old Hostaria” respect for the tradition that
