Il 4 ottobre 2014 unisciti a noi per celebrare l’Artico e chiedere la creazione di un Santuario protetto.

Lo scorso 13 settembre 2013 hanno partecipato alla Pedalata Polare 24.000 persone in 126 città di 37 paesi… quest’anno vogliamo superare il record!

Cos’è l’#IceRide?

La Pedalata Polare #IceRide è un evento unico e coinvolgente, una festa per amici e famiglie! Pedaleremo lungo un percorso adatto a tutte le età, per portare il messaggio #SaveTheArctic nei luoghi più importanti della città.

Le estrazioni di petrolio e la pesca intensiva stanno mettendo in pericolo l’Artico, come non era mai accaduto prima d’ora!   Per questo abbiamo organizzato la Pedalata Polare, la più grande mobilitazione che sia mai stata organizzata per la difesa dell’Artico. L’Artico regola il clima del Pianeta e ospita specie animali fantastiche, come gli orsi polari e i trichechi. Dobbiamo proteggere questo ecosistema dagli effetti del cambiamento climatico e dalle trivellazioni petrolifere.

Quello che succede nell’Artico non resta nell’Artico, ma impatta il clima dell’intero Pianeta! Per questo, il 4 ottobre persone da ogni parte del mondo scenderanno nelle strade, pedalando in nome dell’Artico. Noi lo faremo a Cagliari, partendo dal Molo Ichnusa alle ore 11.

What is the ‘# IceRide?

Ride the Polar #IceRide is a unique event and is a feast for friends and families! Bicycle along a path suitable for all ages, to bring the message #SaveTheArctic in the most important places of the city.
The extraction of oil and intensive fishing are endangering the Arctic, as it had never happened before! So we organized the Ride Polar, the largest mobilization that has ever been organized for the defense of the Arctic. The Arctic regulates the climate of the planet and is home to fantastic animal species, such as polar bears and walruses. We must protect this ecosystem from the effects of climate change and oil drilling.

What happens in the Arctic does not stay in the Arctic, but impacts the climate of the entire planet! For this reason, Oct. 4 people from all over the world descend on the streets, pedaling in the name of the Arctic. We will do in Cagliari, starting from Molo Ichnusa at 11am.
