Come vivevano e cosa mangiavano gli antichi romani?
Lo scopriremo attraverso un’insolita passeggiata all’area archeologica di S. Eulalia.
Ammirando le rovine dell’antica Carales vi racconteremo gli usi e i costumi dei nostri antenati romani: conoscerete centurioni, coniatori di monete e medici dell’antica Roma. Al termine della visita avrete l’opportunità di assaggiare alcune pietanze le cui ricette sono state tratte dal libro di cucina più famoso a quei tempi, il “De re Coquinaria”.

How they lived and what they ate the ancient Romans?
We’ll find an unusual walk through the archaeological site of St. Eulalia.
Admiring the ruins of ancient Carales we’ll tell you the customs and traditions of our ancestors Romans know centurions, coining of money and doctors of ancient Rome. After the tour you will have the opportunity to taste some dishes whose recipes have been taken from the cookbook most famous in those days, the “De re Coquinaria.”
