Ore 08:30 – Ci ritroviamo a Soleminis (CA), all’ingresso del paese. Come arrivare: http://goo.gl/maps/BPT0O ;
Ore 08:45 РUn buon caff̬ per conoscerci meglio;
Ore 9 – Giuseppe Lecis, proprietario della Cantina, apre le porte della sua tenuta in esclusiva per noi. Dopo una breve presentazione, ci farà scoprire la sua azienda e ci accompagnerà al “nostro vigneto”, dove assisteremo a una dimostrazione pratica di raccolta e lavorazione dell’uva. Appresa la tecnica, arriva presto il momento di mettersi al lavoro. I partecipanti cominciano la vendemmia;
Ore 11 – sfizioso e rigenerante break;
Ore 12 – conclusione della prima fase della vendemmia. Dal paese ci spostiamo tutti insieme verso la Cantina vera e propria, nella meravigliosa collina panoramica che sovrasta Soleminis;
Ore 12:30 – lavorazione dell’uva;
Ore 13:30 – offerta di prodotti tipici locali;
Ore 16:00 circa – Dopo una intensa giornata di lavoro, è arrivato il momento di “premiarsi” con il prodotto finito! Ogni partecipante riceverà due bottiglie di vino a ricordo di questa straordinaria esperienza.

08:45 – A good cup of coffee to get to know better;
9 am – Joseph Lecis, owner of the winery, opens the doors of his estate exclusively for us. After a brief presentation, we will discover your company and take us to “our vineyard”, where we will see a practical demonstration of harvesting and processing grapes. Learned the technique, comes soon time to get to work. Participants begin the harvest;
11 am – delicious and refreshing break;
12 am – conclusion of the first phase of the harvest. From the village we move together towards the winery itself, the panoramic hill overlooking Soleminis;
12:30 – grape processing;
13:30 – selection of local products;
Approximately 16:00 – After an intense day of work, it’s time to “reward yourself” with the finished product! Each participant will receive two bottles of wine in memory of this extraordinary experience.
