Apple ha appena lanciato un programma di SOSTITUZIONE GRATUITA DELLA BATTERIA per gli iPhone 5 (badate bene, solo iPhone 5) che rientrano in una ristretta fascia di produzione che ha riportato qualche problema di “durata”, per cui necessitano di essere ricaricati con una maggior frequenza rispetto ad altri. Il periodo di produzione di riferimento e’ tra settembre 2012 e Gennaio 2013, ma per scoprire con precisione se il vostro iPhone 5 rientra tra i modelli con questo possibile difetto e dunque hanno il diritto ad una sostituzione gratuita della batteria, bisogna consultare questa apposita pagina del sito Apple, e inserire nell’apposito riquadro, il codice seriale del proprio iPhone 5 (potete trovarlo collegando il vostro iPhone al computer e aprendo iTunes).
Se il vostro iPhone rientra nel programma di sostituzione gratuita, DOPO IL 29 AGOSTO potrete contattare un Apple Store o un centro di ASSISTENZA APPLE AUTORIZZATO, e concordare la riparazione gratuita. ATTENZIONE PERO': sempre in questa apposita pagina, e’ spiegato che l’iPhone non deve avere ulteriori danni da riparare prima di passare alla sostituzione della batteria (altrimenti e’ necessario provvedere precedentemente alla riparazione di essi). Inoltre, prima di portare all’assistenza l’iPhone, e’ necessario procedere ad un backup di tutti i dati, disattivare “trova il mio iPhone”, e poi procedere alla cancellazione di dati e impostazioni. Certo, queste “beghe” non invogliano a ricorrere a questo tipo di intervento… Deve valerne davvero la pena, nel senso che la vostra batteria dovrebbe causarvi seri problemi…

Nel mio caso, stranamente RIENTRO NEL PROGRAMMA anche se non mi sono mai lamentata del problema batteria per il mio iPhone. SI pone un dubbio a questo punto: che fare??
Comunque, se avete avuto già problemi alla batteria, talmente tanto seri da aver già dovuto provvedere autonomamente (e a pagamento) alla sostituzione della batteria, e invece ora vi accorgete che sareste rientrati nel programma di sostituzione gratuita, potete richiedere un rimborso ad Apple.
