Pedro Coquenão aka Dj Mpula è conosciuto soprattutto col nome di Batida.
Speaker radiofonico delle radio Portuguese National Radio Antena 3 e RDP Africa, Batida ha pubblicato con Crammed, Fabric, Man Recordings, BBE e l’album di debutto con la Soundway Records.
Batida è stato il primo Portoghese / Angolano ad esibirsi per una Boiler Room session, prima a Londra e poi a Parigi.
Del suo lavoro ha parlato la stampa internazionale, tra cui The Guardian e DJ Mag, presentandolo come uno dei più importanti produttori di musica elettronica della nuova generazione.
Di prossima uscita è il suo secondo album sempre su Soundway Records anticipato dal singolo “Pobre e Rico”.

Radio announcer of radio Portuguese National Radio Antena 3 and RDP Africa, Batida published Crammed with, Fabric, Man Recordings, BBE and the debut album by the Soundway Records.
Batida was the first Portuguese / Angolan to perform for a Boiler Room session, first in London and then in Paris.
Spoke of his work in the international press, including The Guardian and DJ Mag, presenting it as one of the most important producers of electronic music of the new generation.
Soon to be released is his second album on Soundway Records always preceded by the single “Pobre and Rico.”
