IN ARRIVO UNA NUOVA RIVOLUZIONE SULLE PATENTINEW REVOLUTION FOR DRIVER´S LICENSE

Rivoluzione in vista sulla patente.

Prende forma il nuovo Codice della Strada. Per arrivare alle norme definitive l’iter è ancora lungo, ma la Commissione Trasporti della Camera ha approvato altri punti della legge delega al Governo sull’argomento. Cambiamenti importanti sui documenti di guida.
Le ultime novità riguardano i permessi di guida. Verrà introdotta la formula dei punti sulla patente che finora ha dato risultati di rilievo anche per i minorenni, cioè quelli che possono guidare i ciclomotori fino a 50 cc, le “minicar”, oltre a ciclomotori e scooter di cilindrata fino a 125 cc.

L’età – I neopatentati e gli over 80 potranno guidare solo veicoli con potenza contenuta, per i primi non ci sarà questa limitazione quando saranno affiancati da una persona che non ha superato i 65 anni di età e abbia la patente da dieci anni con una validità di almeno sei mesi. Contemporaneamente chi è al volante non deve essere incappato in infrazioni al Codice che prevedano la decurtazione dei punti. Gli over 80 dovranno rinnovare la patente annualmente con visite mediche più accurate, se non lo faranno il permesso di guida rimarrà valido per altri 12 mesi ma solo per guidare ciclomotori a tre ruote o quadricicli leggeri (categoria AM).

Le multe – Novità anche sul fronte delle multe. L’attuale normativa prevede che una parte degli introiti vengano investiti per migliorare la circolazione, ma non sono previsti controlli e sanzioni che invece verranno introdotti. I proventi delle sanzioni, inoltre, dovranno essere destinati per almeno il 15% ad un fondo utile a intensificare i controlli su strada e per il 20% ad un fondo per la sicurezza stradale. Le altre novità del Codice dovrebbero riguardare l’omicidio stradale e l’ergastolo per la patente, la possibilità di andare in autostrada e sulle tangenziali con scooter e ciclomotori di 125 cc.
