Controlli sulla sicurezza aerea ancora più severi per chi vuole raggiungere gli Stati Uniti. I passeggeri in partenza con un volo diretto per gli States, infatti, potrebbero essere costretti a lasciare in aeroporto il proprio telefono cellulare o altri dispositivi elettronici, nel caso in cui siano scarichi.

La Transport Security Administration (Tsa), l’agenzia governativa statunitense che si occupa dei controlli di sicurezza negli aeroporti, ha reso noto che ai viaggiatori potrà essere richiesto di accendere tablet, computer portatili e anche i cellulari durante le verifiche ai metal detector, per assicurarsi che non contengano esplosivi o altre sostanze pericolose. La Tsa poi avverte:

La regola rafforza le precedenti norme in materia di sicurezza e dovrebbe interessare gran parte degli aeroporti in tutto il mondo dai quali partono voli diretti verso gli Stati Uniti. The Transport Security Administration (TSA), the U.S. government agency that deals with security checks at airports, announced that travelers will be asked to turn on the tablet, laptops and even mobile phones during the checks at the metal detector, for make sure they do not contain explosives or other dangerous substances. The TSA also warns:

The rule strengthens the previous rules of safety and should be of interest to most of the airports in the world from which there is direct flights to the United States. The U.S. government also does not rule out the introduction of additional controls for the future.
