VISITA GUIDATA AL QUARTIERE DI STAMPACE CON HAPPY END

Visita guidata nel quartiere storico di Stampace, un intrico di strade dal sapore antico, ricche di chiese e monumenti capaci di raccontare la storia della nostra città . La cripta di Santa Restituta, le chiese di Sant’Anna e di Sant’Efisio, dov’è custodito il simulacro del santo più caro ai cagliaritani; la chiesa di San Michele e la Torre degli Alberti, una delle fortificazioni più antiche della città . E ancora, la cripta di Sant’Agostino e i resti del complesso di San Francesco, fulcro stampacino del fervore religioso per tutto il medioevo.
Dopo la visita ci accomoderemo fra le accoglienti e fresche mura della Spillaus, per un pranzetto rigenerante. Il nostro locale, oltre a poter vantare il primo e unico impianto spina con servizio fai da te e rubinetti ai tavoli, ha anche un legame diretto con la storia del quartiere, in quanto i locali erano pertinenti in passato al complesso conventuale di San Michele.
Menù:
Tagliere di salumi e formaggi sardi su letto di carasau guttiau al rosmarino.
Tris di verdure al forno, zucchine melanzane e peperoni, rigorosamente di provenienza sarda.
Patate al forno profumate al rosmarino pepe e origano anch’esse di provenienza sarda
Pane croccante e acqua in tavola
Per accompagnare il pasto potrete scegliere tra una 0,20 Ichnusa o un bicchiere di vino o una bibita analcolica.

GUIDED TOUR OF THE DISTRICT OF STAMPACE WITH HAPPY END

Guided tour in the historic district of Stampace, a tangle of roads with an antique flavor, rich in churches and monuments able to tell the story of our city. The crypt of Santa Restituta, the churches of St. Anne and St. Ephisius, where it houses the statue of the saint most dear to Cagliari; the church of St. Michael and the Tower of Alberti, one of the oldest fortifications of the city. And yet, the crypt of St. Augustine and the remains of the complex of San Francesco, stampacino fulcrum of religious fervor throughout the Middle Ages.
After the visit we will accommodate between warm and cool walls of the Spillaus for a pranzetto regenerating. Our local, as well as being able to boast the first and only system with service plug DIY and taps at the tables, it also has a direct link with the history of the neighborhood, as the premises were relevant in the past to the monastery of San Michele.

Salami and Sardinian cheese on a bed of rosemary carasau guttiau.
Trio of baked vegetables, zucchini eggplant and peppers, strictly Sardinian origin.
Baked potatoes scented with rosemary pepper and oregano are also of Sardinian origin

To accompany your meal you can choose from a 0.20 Ichnusa or a glass of wine or a soft drink.
