Il 12/07/2014 a partire dalle ore 17:00, Uta  sarà lieta di ospitare la seconda edizione della manifestazione Birrajo, nella splendida cornice del secolare uliveto del parco di Piazza S’Olivariu, organizzata dalla Consulta dei Giovani locale. Birr’Ajo  un evento dedicato alla promozione ed alla degustazione della birra artigianale sarda in cui potrete degustare numerose tipologie di birre artigianali presentate direttamente dai rispettivi Mastri Birrai, che mesceranno le birre. Durante l’evento potrete essere coinvolti all’interno di laboratori curati dall’Associazione Brassicola Fermento Sardo di Olbia che nasce per promuovere e valorizzare la cultura birraia Sarda; essa, inoltre, illustrerà dal vivo la preparazione di una birra artigianale (COTTA). In questa edizione 2014 abbiamo voluto aumentare il parterre degli ospiti con 13 birrifici ospiti e oltre 50 birre in degustazione provenienti da tutta la Sardegna, che vi verranno presentate in tutte le proprie caratteristiche e tecniche di produzione. Per l’evento saranno aperti e pronti ad accogliervi diversi punti ristoro con i prodotti artigianali del settore gastronomico preparati in modo espresso e fruibile lungo l’intero corso della giornata , sia in prossimità del bellissimo uliveto sia nel resto del Paese. La prima edizione, svoltasi lo scorso anno, ha avuto il piacere di accogliere oltre quattromila visitatori che, non solo hanno approfittato dell’evento per degustare il prodotto birra, ma anche per visitare il paese a 360!!! Di grande attrattiva a Uta  la Chiesa romanica di Santa Maria, Santuario del XII secolo, costruito ad opera dei monaci Vittorini di Marsiglia, sulle rovine di una chiesa preesistente, collegata al centro storico del Paese da un lastricato in granito sardo, per una piacevole passeggiata. A partire dalle ore 19:30 la manifestazione sarà arricchita dall’esibizione di band della scena musicale nostrana:

L’evento  attrazione per ospiti e turisti stranieri provenienti da tutta la Sardegna e dal resto della penisola; l’associazione Consulta dei Giovani Uta ambisce a far diventare la manifestazione una importante rassegna che possa mettere in evidenza e porti alla conoscenza del grande pubblico le eccellenze birraie sarde, che brillano al cospetto delle produzioni industriali per caratteristiche organolettiche e di qualità.

 On 12/07/2014 starting at 17:00 Uta ? will be pleased to host the second edition of the event Birrajo , in the splendid setting of the centuries-old olive grove park S’Olivariu Square , organized by the Advisory Youth Local . Birr’Ajo ? an event dedicated to the promotion and tasting of craft beer Sardinia where you can sample many types of craft beers submitted directly by the respective Master Brewers , who mesceranno beers . During the event you will be taken care of by the laboratories involved in brewing Yeast Sardinia Olbia created to promote and enhance the beer culture Sarda ; it also will show live the preparation of a craft beer ( COOKED ) . In this 2014 edition , we wanted to increase the parterre of guests with 13 guest breweries and over 50 beers available for tasting from all over Sardinia , which will be presented in all its features and production techniques. For the event will be open and ready to welcome a variety of dining with artisanal products in the catering industry prepared expressly and usable throughout the entire course of the day , both in the vicinity of the beautiful olive grove and in the rest of the country. The first edition , which took place last year , has had the pleasure of welcoming more than four thousand visitors who not only took advantage of the event to taste the beer product , but also to visit the country to 360 ! Highly attractive to Uta ? the Romanesque church of Santa Maria, the Shrine of the twelfth century , built by the monks Victorines of Marseille, on the ruins of an earlier church , which is connected to the historic center of the country by a paved Sardinian granite , for a leisurely stroll . Starting at 19:30 the event will be enriched by the performance of our local band music scene :
