Sardinia Tourist Guide in collaborazione con Ichnusa Bike organizza il “Bike Tour dell’ Asinara 2014″

1° giorno 14 Giugno 2014
Incontro alle ore 0615 al parcheggio Mediaworld di Sestu
Partenza alle ore 0630 , arrivo al porto di Stintino e imbarco dei partecipanti e delle bici alle ore 10 per l’ Asinara;
A bordo del nostro bellissimo catamarano godremo della traversata per cala d’ Oliva ( se il tempo lo permetterà potremo concederci un bel bagno)
Sbarco e breve pedalata, prima verso l’ostello per lasciare le nostre borse e in seguito, per chi vorrà, proseguiremo verso la bellissima Cala Sabina;
Ritorneremo a fine giornata in Ostello e ceneremo in relax, circondati dalla natura godendoci il nostro meritato riposo!

2° giorno 15 Giugno 2014

Di buon’ ora faremo colazione all’ostello e inizieremo la traversata dell’isola, visitando volta per volta le varie diramazioni che troveremo lungo la via; ammireremo i meravigliosi paesaggi ed animali presenti nel parco; Ci dirigeremo verso Fornelli e attraverseremo le diramazioni di Trabuccato, Cala Reale dove potremmo fare anche un bel bagno, visiteremo l’ossario dei soldati Austriaci giunti come prigionieri sull’isola durante la 1° guerra mondiale, Tumbarino con il suo centro di osservazione degli uccelli migratori( dove pranzeremo), Fornelli ed il suo carcere di massima sicurezza.
Alle 17,00 torneremo verso Stintino dove ripartiremo verso casa.

Rientro previsto per le 21.30 circa

L’accompagnamento sarà effettuato da guide AIGAE regolarmente abilitate dalla Regione Sardegna specializzate in cicloturismo;

Sarete assicurati per tutto il percorso.

Chiedete sempre a chi vi accompagna l’abilitazione all’accompagnamento escursionistico, ne va della vostra sicurezza, oltre alla qualità dell’esperienza.

Difficoltà del percorso: Media, l’isola è caratterizzata da rilievi e pianure, il 75% del percorso si affronta su asfalto e una piccola parte su sterrata (Verso Cala Sabina)

Ottima Bicicletta da cicloturismo (al momento della prenotazione sarà necessario indicare la vostra altezza)
Borsa da bici impermeabile
Caschetto protettivo

Abbigliamento comodo per la bici ( panta corti con protezione)
1 Cambio completo da portare con se ed uno da lasciare nel mezzo
Costume da bagno
Ciabattine
Asciugamano leggero (ideale microfibra)
Pranzo al sacco per il primo giorno e pranzo al sacco per il secondo giorno , con qualche snack ( Es: pancarrè o scatolette di tonno e insalata, frutta etc)
L’ostello prepara il pranzo al sacco al prezzo di 6,00 euro che comprende 1 panino, 1 frutta e mezzo litro d’acqua – preavviso di 7 giorni

Acqua in abbondanza, almeno 4 litri da suddividere in 2 giorni (possibilità di trovare acqua all’ostello)
All’ostello ci sarà la possibilità di depositare le cose che non ci occorre portare nel giro della prima giornata

ricordate che tutto il materiale che porterete con voi dovrà essere trasportato sulla bicicletta, quindi non esagerate!

Il pernottamento è garantito all’ostello in camerate per maschi/femmine o miste, l’ostello fornisce lenzuola

Day 1 June 14, 2014
Meet at the parking lot Mediaworld 0615 Sestu
Departure at 0630 , arriving at the port of Stintino and boarding of participants and the bike at 10 am for the ‘ Asinara ;
On board we will enjoy our beautiful catamaran crossing to cala d ‘ Oliva ( if time permits , we can enjoy a nice bathroom )
Landing and short ride, first to the hostel to leave our bags and then, for those who want to , continue on to the beautiful Cala Sabina ;
Back at the end of the day we will have dinner at the hostel and relax, surrounded by nature enjoying a well-earned rest !

Day 2 June 15, 2014

Good ‘ time we will have breakfast at the hostel and we will begin the crossing of the island , visiting from time to time the various branches that will find along the way; admire the beautiful landscapes and animals in the park ; We head towards Stoves and cross branches of Trabuccato , Cala Reale where we could make a nice bathroom, visit the ossuary of Austrian soldiers as prisoners arrived on the island during the 1st World War , Tumbarino with its center of bird watching migration (where we will have lunch ) , Kitchener and his maximum security prison .
At 17.00 we will return to where it will share Stintino home.

Back at the hotel about 21:30

The accompaniment will be performed by guides AIGAE regularly authorized by the Region of Sardinia specializing in cycling ;

You will be insured for the entire route.

Always ask who accompanies you enable accompaniment hiking , walks away for your own safety , as well as the quality of the experience .

Difficulty: Medium , the island is characterized by hills and plains , 75 % of the way you deal with on a small part of asphalt and dirt road ( Towards Cala Sabina)
