ALLA SCOPERTA DI CALA SISINE E DEL LAGO CEDRINO – 5-6 APRILE 2014DISCOVERING CALA SISINE AND CEDRINO LAKE – APRIL 5 TO 6,2014

Il piacere di scoprire dei luoghi celebri per la loro bellezza, come Codula Sisine ed il Lago del Cedrino, nel momento dell’anno in cui le policrome e profumate fioriture di primavera li rende più belli, sarebbe di per se sufficiente. Ma inseriremo gli allenamenti di nordic walking, la simpatia di tutti voi ed il buon cibo locale, che ci faremo preparare dagli amici del Parco Neulè e della Cooperativa Goloritzé.
Le escursioni sono adatte a tutti ed avranno l’assistenza della Land Rover al seguito. Saranno con noi gli operatori TV di “…quaderno di viaggio”.

SABATO 5 APRILE 2014
14.45 partenza da Cagliari-Monte Claro passando per la SS131 sino a Nuoro e quindi a Dorgali
17.00 arrivo al Parco Neulè, sistemazione in Agriturismo,
17.30 partenza a piedi dall’Agriturismo per l’escursione Nordic Walking all’interno del parco e sino al Lago del Cedrino (durata 2h15’, percorrenza 6Km, media pendenza, fondo buono)
19.45 arrivo in Agriturismo e relax
20.30 Cena tipica con prodotti km0 (prosciutto, salsicce, formaggi, casadine di menta, pomodori con frue salata, coccone chin cerda e moddizzosu, pane frattali, Pecora Bollita con patate, Agnello Arrosto, insalate, frutta, pani, vino & acqua)
23.00 Esperienza di passeggiata in notturna (con 1/4luna e lampade led frontali), …..….buona notte!

08.30 Colazione mediterranea con marmellate e dolci fatti in casa
09.00 Partenza x Cala Sisine attraverso il Supramonte
10.15 Incontro con i partecipanti alla sola attività giornaliera
10.45 Arrivo in auto nella parte bassa della Codula Sisine e partenza a piedi per l’Escursione NW sino a Cala Sisine (durata 2h05’, percorrenza 6Km, prevalentemente in leggera discesa, fondo buono su stradello)
13.00 Arrivo, Relax e Pranzo agreste in spiaggia (salumi tipici e cas’e vita, pani, formaggi, frutta, verdure, acqua)
14.45 Partenza a piedi per l’Escursione NW di rientro sino alle auto (durata 2h15’, percorrenza 6Km, prevalentemente in leggera salita, fondo buono su stradello)
17.00 Partenza verso le destinazioni di provenienza percorrendo la nuova SS125 (Orientale Sarda)
19.15-19.45 previsto arrivo a Cagliari o Sassari

Il costo complessivo (escluso richiesta di Camera Doppia ad uso singola e contributo carburante) sarà di:
Nordic Walker Abbonati 65,00 euro e due ticket escursioni per ogni partecipante;
Nordic Walker non abbonati 85,00 euro per ogni partecipante;
Non Nordic Walker 90,00 euro e per tutti gli altri amici partecipanti (sono previste riduzioni per i gruppi).

The trips are suitable for everyone and will have the assistance of the Land Rover in tow. TV operators will be with us “… to travel notebook .”

14:45 departure from Cagliari -Monte Claro through the SS131 until Nuoro and then Dorgali
17.00 arrival at the Park Neulè , in Farm ,
17:30 departure on foot from the farm for hiking Nordic Walking in the park and up to the Lake of the Cedrino (duration 2:15 a.m. ‘ , 6km distance , average gradient background good)
19:45 arrival at the Cottage and relax
20:30 Dinner with km0 products (ham, sausages , cheese, casadine mint , tomatoes with salt frue , coccone chin cerda and moddizzosu , bread fractals , Sheep Boiled potatoes , roast lamb , salads, fruits, breads , wine & water)
Experience 23:00 to walk at night ( with 1/4luna and LED lamps in front) , ……… good night!

08:30 Mediterranean breakfast with homemade jams and pastries
09.00 Departure x Cala Sisine through the Supramonte
10:15 Meeting with the participants in the single daily activity
10:45 Arrival in the car at the bottom of Codula Sisine and start walking to the NW tour to Cala Sisine (duration 2:05 a.m. ‘ , 6km distance , mostly slightly downhill skiing on good dirt road )
13.00 Arrival , Relax and rustic lunch at the beach ( cas’e life and salami , breads , cheeses, fruits , vegetables , water)
14:45 Departure on foot for the hike back up to the NW of car (duration 2:15 a.m. ‘ , 6km distance , mostly uphill , good background on dirt road )
17.00 Departure to the destinations of origin along the new SS125 ( Eastern Sardinia )
19:15 to 19:45 scheduled arrival in Cagliari or Sassari

The total cost ( excluding request Double room for single use and fuel contribution ) will be:
Nordic Walker Subscribe 65,00 EUR ticket and two trips for each participant ;
Nordic Walkers Non-subscribers 85,00 € for each participant ;
Not Nordic Walker and 90,00 € for all other participants Friends ( discounts for groups).
