Ritorna il concorso “Time Out” per gruppi o progetti musicali
da presentare al jazz club del ventisettesimo festival Time in Jazz
in programma ad agosto a Berchidda (Olbia-Tempio). Per partecipare alla selezione c’è tempo fino al 15 maggio.

Per il quarto anno consecutivo Time in Jazz bandisce il concorso “Time Out”, ideato per selezionare tre gruppi o progetti musicali da proporre al jazz club del festival, che dall’8 al 16 agosto vivrà la sua edizione numero ventisette a Berchidda (prov. Olbia-Tempio) e in altri centri del nord Sardegna.

La selezione è aperta a dj e formazioni musicali di tre componenti al massimo, mentre sono ammessi generi musicali come jazz, blues, folk, bossa nova, lounge, elettronica, rock o comunque in sintonia con il contesto e l’atmosfera del club.

Per partecipare, gli interessati dovranno inviare entro il 15 maggio alla segreteria di Time in Jazz (c/o Centro Laber – via Milano, 18 – 07022 Berchidda OT) un demo audio in formato digitale che sia rappresentativo della propria proposta musicale e che contenga la registrazione di almeno quattro brani, per una durata minima complessiva di venti minuti.

Tra tutti i materiali pervenuti, la commissione artistica del concorso selezionerà tre diversi progetti, ognuno dei quali sarà chiamato a esibirsi dal vivo aBerchidda in una serata, tra il 13 e il 15 agosto, nello spazio jazz club del festival allestito al Centro Laber, dopo i concerti in programma sul palco centrale in Piazza del Popolo.

Competition for the jazz clubs of the festival Time in Jazz Berchidda

be submitted to the jazz clubs of the twenty-seventh Time in Jazz festival
scheduled in August in Berchidda (Olbia -Tempio) . To participate in the selection are open until May 15.

For the fourth consecutive year, Time in Jazz announces the competition ” Time Out “, designed to select three groups or music projects to be proposed to the jazz clubs of the festival, from 8 to 16 August will have its edition number twenty-seven in Berchidda ( Prov. Olbia-Tempio) and other centers of northern Sardinia.

The selection is open to DJs and musical groups of a maximum of three components , while they are allowed musical genres such as jazz , blues , folk, bossa nova , lounge , electronic , rock, or at least in harmony with the environment and the atmosphere of the club.

To participate , interested parties must submit to the secretariat by 15 May of Time in Jazz ( c / o Laber – Via Milano , 18-07022 Berchidda OT) an audio demo in digital format that is representative of their musical proposal and that it contains the recording of at least four tracks , for a minimum total duration of twenty minutes.

Among all the materials received, the artistic committee of the contest will select three different projects , each of which will be called upon to perform live aBerchidda in an evening, between 13 and 15 August , in the space jazz clubs of the festival staged at the Centre Laber , after concerts scheduled on the main stage in Piazza del Popolo.
