Muravera “Capo Ferrato / Spiaggia Feraxi”
Si parte dalla spiaggia di Feraxi, si costeggiano diverse calette (ad es.: Calsa Sa Figu e S’illixi), tra lentisco, fillirea, cisto e ginepri. Il percorso, tranne che per pochi e brevi tratti pietrosi, si sviluppa su carrarecce ben battutte per un totale di 8km. Pochi sono dislivelli lungo l’itinerario. Anche per questo l’andatura sostenuta permetterà comunque a tutti di partecipare e di prestare la massima attenzione alla pratica con buona tecnica. Costeggeremo diverse suggestive calette, accompagnati quasi sicuramente da deboli venti di mare. Ripetutamente con vista mare, tra pochi e prostrati alberi e rocce scolpite dai venti, giungeremo al faro di Capo Ferrato da dove, visto il calante maestrale dei giorni prima, vorremmo ammirare la costa fino a Capo Carbonara da un lato e Tertenia dall’altra.

Appuntamento 2: ore 09.40 SS 554 Uscita Selargius – giunti al semaforo, parcheggio sterrato antistante ed esterno a “Bricosarda”-
Meteo: Velato o poco nuvoloso. I venti saranno prevalentemente moderati e soffieranno da Nord con intensità di 14 km/h. Temperature: 6°C la minima e 15°C la massima.
Attrezzatura Consigliata: abbigliamento a strati e traspirante; consigliate scarpe basse da hiking, ma sono sufficienti ginniche con suola non troppo liscia. Uno scacciacqua visto il periodo è sempre consigliato.
Costi: Un ticket dell’abbonamento da 10 o da 5 escursioni oppure prezzo pieno 10 euro a persona

Muravera ” Capo Ferrato / Beach Feraxi “
It starts from the beach Feraxi you along several creeks (eg . : Calsa Sa Figu and S’illixi ) , including mastic, phillyrea , rock rose and juniper . The path , except for a few short stretches and stony , spread over cartways battutte well for a total of 8km . There are few differences in height along the route . Weather : Misty rain . The winds will blow from the north and predominantly moderate intensity of 14 km / h . Temperature : 6 ° C, the minimum and 15 ° C maximum .
Recommended Equipment : layered clothing and breathable, recommended by hiking shoes , but they are sufficient soled gym not too smooth . One scacciacqua given the period is always recommended.
