LA MUSICA DA CAMERA TRA JAZZ E POPULAR MUSIC – ELMAS – SABATO 30 NOVEMBRE 2013THE CHAMBER MUSIC BETWEEN JAZZ AND POPULAR MUSIC – ELMAS -SATURDAY NOVEMBER 30

L’Associazione Culturale Musicale “Ennio Porrino” di Elmas comunica che sabato 30 novembre 2013 Cagliari (presso l’Aula Magna della Scuola Secondaria di 1° Grado “Regina Elena” dell’Istituto Comprensivo “Via Stoccolma”, con inizio alle ore 11.00) si terrà il concerto cameristico “La musica da camera in percorsi di fruibilità fra jazz e popular music”  che vedrà protagonista un quartetto strumentale composto da Marco Argiolas (Clarinetto, Sax Soprano e Sax Tenore), Alessandro Atzori  (Contrabbasso), Marcello Mameli (Batteria) e Mauro Mulas (Pianoforte).
Il concerto predetto è promosso e attuato dall’Associazione Culturale Musicale “Ennio Porrino” di Elmas (con il contributo della Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, Assessorato della P.I., Beni Culturali, Informazione, Spettacolo e Sport e con il presumibile contributo della Provincia di Cagliari) nell’ambito del progetto “Suoni e Voci per l’Isola” e della produzione e distribuzione degli spettacoli e attività artistico – culturali – musicali che l’Associazione sta realizzando in Sardegna nell’anno 2013 (la cui Direzione Artistica è a cura del M° Ignazio Perra) ed in riferimento al concerto in parola pure in collaborazione con l’Istituto Comprensivo “Via Stoccolma” di Cagliari.
L’esibizione prevede l’esecuzione di brani di vario genere ed epoche attinenti prevalentemente al repertorio jazz e della popular music, proposti seguendo un preciso percorso esecutivo (per favorirne la più ampia fruizione da parte del pubblico) ed interpretati da un organico appositamente ideato per ottenere un sound d’insieme in grado di produrre un effetto e una timbrica di particolare e coinvolgente impatto sonoro.
Verranno proposti brani di K. Casey, K. Dorham, D. Ellington, G. Gershwin, E. Hines, W. Hudson, J. Mc Hugh, E. de Lange, G. Marks, J. Mercer, C. Parker, M. Pinkard, C. Porter, S. Rollins, F. Waller, H. Wood.

The concert is predicted promoted and implemented by the Associazione Culturale Musicale ” Ennio Porrino ” Elmas ( with the contribution of Regione Autonoma della Sardegna , Department of IP, Culture, Information , Entertainment and Sports and the estimated contribution of the Province of Cagliari) part of the ” Sounds and Voices for the Island ” and the production and distribution of entertainment and artistic activities – cultural – music that the Association is building in Sardinia in 2013 (whose artistic direction is by the M Ignatius Perra ° ) and with reference to the concert in question as well in collaboration with the Institute Comprehensive ” Stockholm Street ” of Cagliari.
The exhibition includes the performance of pieces of various genres and periods related primarily to the repertoire of jazz and popular music , according to a specific proposed execution path ( in order to promote the widest possible enjoyment by the public) and interpreted by a staff specially designed for obtain a set of sound can produce an effect and a timbre of particular and engaging sound impact .
