Un evento unico nel suo genere, una tre giorni tra tradizione, arte e cultura. Ospiti d’eccezione. Una festa per tutti, laboratori per ragazzi, un ritorno alle tradizioni de “is animas” che in queste comunità non sono mai scomparse. Gli “spiritelli” di Maria Lai quale regalo ad ogni famiglia della comunità Ogliastrina. Una tre giorni accompagnati dalle musiche del sax di Gavino Murgia che ci conducono tra le opere dell’artista accompagnati da guide d’eccezione.

Venerdì 1 novembre
Mattina:
I bambini, con il loro festoso vociare bussano alle porte delle case per ricevere is animas. Una tradizione tipica del paese, attesa sia dagli adulti che donano sia da bambini che ricevono.

Ore 15.30
Cimitero monumentale.
Funzione religiosa di commemorazione dei defunti accompagnata dal Coro di Arbatax e dalle letture della compagnia Fueddu e Gestu
Al termine della funzione i bambini si dirigono verso il paese, in “sa saccedda” hanno gli “spiritelli”, “is animas” disegnati da Maria Lai da regalare a tutte le famiglie del paese.

Compagnia “Fueddu e Gestu” rappresentano la fiaba inedita “Lucertolina” di Maria Lai .
Al termine della rappresentazione
distribuzione del pane de “is animas” come da tradizione del paese di Ulassai. Omaggio artistico agli amici intervenuti offerto e realizzato dalla Coop. Tessile “Su Marmuri” . Saluto del Coro di Arbatax e del Gruppo Folk “Santa Barbara” di Ulassai.

Sabato 2 novembre

Scuole elementari: Laboratorio per ragazzi curato da Sergio Flore intitolato “Barche di carta”
I bambini realizzeranno dei disegni: 12 di questi verranno scelti per realizzare un calendario 2014 nel quale verranno inserite le foto dell’evento.

Partenza dal piazzale delle scuole elementari visita itinerante al Museo all’aperto accompagnati dalle musiche del sassofono di Gavino Murgia.

o L’arte ci prende per mano: presentazione dell’opera a cura di Cristiana Collu, direttrice del Museo d’arte contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto.

o Il lavatoio ( telaio di Maria e le fontane di Guido Strazza, Luigi Veronesi e Antine Nivola): presentazione dell’opera a cura di Ugo Collu – direttore del Museo Nivola – Orani

o Via Crucis (nella Chiesa di Sant’Antioco di Ulassai): presentazione dell’opera a cura di Annamaria Montaldo direttrice del Museo d’Arte Contemporanea di Cagliari

Mostra del laboratorio realizzato dai bambini: i visitatori scriveranno un pensiero su un foglio di carta col quale poi realizzeranno una barchetta che verrà lasciata come ricordo e testimonianza della festa e che , anno dopo anno, andrà a costituire una sorta di archivio storico dell’evento.

I bambini consegnano a tutte le famiglie, in tutto il paese, gli “spiritelli”, is animas giocose disegnate da Maria Lai.

La storia: due bambini, una capretta e un asino, un papà-maestro in conflitto con la modernità, le regole da rispettare e le storie paurose raccontate a bassa voce, nel buio della notte. Due racconti, due viaggi attraverso paesaggi la cui bellezza si trasfigura nell’immaginario. Diventare grandi in un mondo in cui le ragioni dei bambini faticano ad avere la meglio… Quasi sempre.
