Dopo la pausa estiva da sabato 12 ottobre 2013, il Centro Museale d’Arte Contemporanea “Quartissimo” riprende, nella propria sede nel centro storico di Quartu (Via Verga 8-10 ), l’attività espositiva con una mostra dal titolo “Simboli e Allegorie”. Partecipano a questa nuova iniziativa artisti che operano in varie località della Sardegna: Giuseppe Bosich a Ghilarza, Tonino Mattu a Oristano, Anna Marchi a Sassari, mentre più consistente è il gruppo che opera nel Campidano di Cagliari con Franco Secci, Fabrizio Antonio Ibba, Alin Sandu, Sandro Giordano, Giorgia Loi, Tullio Marras, Andrea Gennaro Aversano, Diego Mocci, Anna Maria Pisano, Pierluigi Serra.
Utilizzando tecniche artistiche diverse (dall’olio all’acquarello, dalla fotografia al gessetto) ogni autore si è cimentato, con uno studio puntuale e attento, come simboli e riti fin dall’antichità abbiano accompagnato, guidato, influenzato e spesso migliorato il vivere umano. Religione, antropocentrismo, alchimia, santità, ritualità sono divenuti elementi oggetto di indagine e ricerca per poter elaborare e creare nuove e suggestive immagini.
Dunque il simbolo e l’allegoria come strumento per la conoscenza di sé e del mondo (microcosmo e macrocosmo).

Ingresso LiberoAfter the summer break from Saturday, October 12, 2013 , the Museum Center of Contemporary Art ” Quartissimo ‘ resumes at its head in the center of Quartu ( Via Verga 8-10 ), the activity with an exhibition entitled” Symbols and allegories . ” Participating in this new initiative artists working in various areas of Sardinia : Joseph Bosich in Ghilarza , Tonino Mattu in Oristano , Anna Marks in Sassari , while more significant is the group that operates in Campidano Secci with Franco , Fabrizio Antonio Ibba , Alin Sandu , Sandro Giordano , Giorgia Loi , Tullio Marras , Andrea Gennaro Aversano , Diego Mocci , Anna Maria Pisano , Pierluigi Serra .
Using different artistic techniques ( oil watercolor , photography to chalk ) each author has experimented with a study punctual and attentive, as symbols and rituals from ancient times have accompanied , guided , influenced and often improved human living . Religion , anthropocentrism , alchemy, holiness , ritual elements have become the subject of investigation and research in order to develop and create new and striking images .
So the symbol and allegory as a tool for self-knowledge and the world ( macrocosm and microcosm ) .
