Il venerdì ” Wine del White ” ha il piacere di ospitarvi alla degustazione Delle Cantine ” Su ‘ entu” .

Su’entu significa il vento, vento che purifica l’aria, spazza le nuvole e riporta il sereno, vento che raccoglie i profumi e li porta lontano, una cantine dalle piccole produzioni, preziose e rare, ricche come il profumo della terra portato lontano dal soffio del vento.

Con l’occasione potremmo degustare come aperitivo un ottimo BRUT BIANCO Vermentino 100% Colore Giallo paglierino su fine perlage dal profumo Fragrante
con spiccata aromaticità varietale, continuando con Il VERMENTINO , dal colore Giallo paglierino, con leggeri riflessi verdognoli, con il profumo fragrante di fiori gialli e frutta matura, da agrumi a pasta gialla, minerale e speziato. Contraddistinto da un sapore Ricco e strutturato, morbido di buona freschezza, il CANNONAU, Cannonau 100% dal colore Rosso rubino con riflessi arancio, dal profumo Di Frutti rossi e spezie Buona freschezza acida e e fine tannicità, elegante Vino di grande adattabilità a tutti i piatti, il tutto accompagnato da uno strepitoso buffet studiato per l’occasione.

Per l’occasione al White avremmo un gradito ritorno, infatti si occuperanno di accompagnare musicalmente la serata il duo formato dalla giovane cantante ogliastrina del Conservatorio di Cagliari Manuela Mameli e dal navigato chitarrista Rubens Massidda, che proporranno un’accattivante e molto apprezzata selezione di standard jazz e classici del blues inframmezzati con qualche incursione nei territori del pop e della folk music, tutto accuratamente rivisitato in chiave acustica.
