8°EDIZIONE SAGRA DE SU BINU NOU – SARDARA – DOMENICA 8 DICEMBRE 20138th EDITION SU BINU NOU WINE FESTIVAL – SARDARA – SUNDAY DECEMBER 8,2013

L’ottava edizione della sagra de “Su Binu Nou” si svolgerà a Sardara domenica 8 dicembre 2013.

Novità di quest’anno è l’apertura degli stand dalla mattina per proseguire per tutto il pomeriggio e concludere sino a tarda sera degustando il vino novello del nostro territorio.

La manifestazione si svolgerà come di consueto l’8 Dicembre (Festa dell’Immacolata): quest’anno cade di domenica e non poteva essere una giornata migliore per passare un intero giorno nell’incantevole borgo di Sardara insignito della Bandiera Arancione.

Chi volesse trascorrere una domenica all’aria aperta, all’insegna della scoperta dei borghi autentici e caratteristici della Sardegna può venire a Sardara.

Il programma della festa è ricco: si  comincia la mattina (ore 10.00) con l’apertura degli stand predisposti dalle associazioni che ci mostreranno gli attrezzi utili per la lavorazione del vino, dimostrazione di antichi mestieri e di abiti d’epoca, degustazioni di prodotti tipici locali.

Anche le famiglie con bambini possono venire a trovarci: abbiamo pensato per loro dei giochi per intrattenerli sia la mattina che il pomeriggio mentre i genitori possono distrarsi seguendo il percorso enogastronomico e ballando a ritmo di ballu tundu insieme ai gruppi Folk.

Chi volesse pranzare per le vie del centro storico dovrà munirsi del pass e scegliere il piatto che gradisce tra quelli preparati negli stand e dislocati per le vie del centro; così pure per poter degustare il vino bisogna dotarsi del bicchierino che da la possibilità di assaggiarlo per tutto il giorno.

Durante tutta la giornata sarà possibile visitare il centro storico di Sant’Anastasia e il suo Pozzo Sacro, il centro storico di San Gregorio e il Museo Archeologico curato dalla Coop. Villa Abbas.

Il pomeriggio prosegue con l’inaugurazione e l’apertura di una mostra di un artista locale presso Casa Pilloni; musica, balli e intrattenimento a cura delle associazioni musicali.

Saranno presenti le Cantine sociali di Mogoro e di Usellus.

Tutto questo accompagnato dal buon vino che verrà offerto ai visitatori sino ad esaurimento delle scorte..

Pratz’e Mercau) Apertura stand e case tipiche campidanesi con degustazione del rinomato Vino locale e dei prodotti della gastronomia artigianale.
– Esposizione di prodotti artigianali locali
– Estemporanee di pittura nelle case e vie del centro storico
– Canti e balli nelle vie del centro storico con artisti di strada, fisarmoniche e i gruppi folk “Santa Mariaquas” di Sardara e ““San Giorgio Martire” di Segariu

1° Mercatino natalizio dei bambini”New this year is the opening of the stands from morning to continue throughout the afternoon and conclude until late evening tasting the new wine of our territory.

The event will take place as usual on December 8 ( Feast of the Immaculate ) : this year falls on a Sunday and could not be a better day to spend a whole day in the charming village of Sardara awarded the Orange Flag .

Who wants to spend a Sunday outdoors, dedicated to the discovery of authentic villages and characteristic of Sardinia can come to Sardis . The program of the festival is rich : it starts in the morning (10:00 am ) with the opening of the stands set up by the associations that will show us useful tools for processing of wine , the evidence of ancient crafts and vintage clothes , local products local .

Even families with children can come and visit us : we thought for their games to entertain both the morning and afternoon while their parents can have fun following the path of food, wine and dancing to the rhythm of ballu tundu groups together with Folk .

Anyone wishing to dine in the streets of the historic center must obtain the pass and choose the dish you like between those prepared in the stands and spread to the streets of downtown , and likewise to be able to taste the wine must adopt short gives you the possibility to taste it for throughout the day.

Throughout the day you can visit the historical center of St. Anastasia and her Sacred Well , the historic center of San Gregorio and the Archaeological Museum edited by Coop. Villa Abbas.

The afternoon continues with the opening and the opening of an exhibition by a local artist at Casa Pilloni , music, dancing and entertainment by musical associations .
