8° SAGRA DE SU CABONISCU – MASULLAS – DOMENICA 26 MAGGIO8th SU CABONISCU FESTIVAL – MASULLAS – SUNDAY MAY 26

Domenica 26 maggio a Masullas è in programma l’ottava  Sagra de Su Caboniscu ammutau binu nieddu e pani indorau a Masuddas, organizzata dalla Pro Loco, in collaborazione con la Pro Loco di Arborea  con degustazione della polenta con Gallina Faraona. E’ ricco il programma previsto per la giornata, ospitato in Piazza Pinna.

La sagra inizierà alle 16.30, accompagnata dall’apertura della Mostra Mercato di prodotti enogastronomici della Marmilla.

Alle 17 il “Gruppo Donne della Pro Loco” presenteranno “Su Pannixeddu de Coxia”.
Alle 18, ci saranno le degustazioni del “Caboniscu ammutau binu nieddu e pani indorau” e della “polenta e gallina faraona”, quest’ultima a cura della Pro Loco di Arborea. Nel mentre, intrattenimento in piazza con musica e balli insieme al gruppo etnico musicale “Trio Italo Aresti”.

Per i turisti c’è una interessante offerta  che, al costo di 28 euro tutto compreso, prevede al mattino la visita al Museo “I cavalieri delle colline”, il pranzo nell’Oasi Turistica di Taraxi a base di piatti locali, e nel pomeriggio visita al GeoMuseo Monte Arci.

Sunday, May 26 in Masullas is scheduled for the eighth Festival de Su Caboniscu ammutau binu nieddu and breads indorau to Masuddas, organized by Pro Loco, in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Arborea tasting guinea hen with polenta. And ‘rich program planned for the day, hosted in Piazza Pinna.

The festival will begin at 16:30, accompanied by the opening of the Exhibition of food and wine Marmillan.

At 17 the “Group Women’s Pro Loco” present “On Pannixeddu de Coxia.”
At 18, there will be tastings of “Caboniscu ammutau binu nieddu and breads indorau” and “polenta and guinea fowl”, the latter by the Pro Loco of Arborea. Meanwhile, entertainment in the square with music and dancing along with the ethnic music “Trio Aresti Italo.”

For tourists there is an interesting offer that, at the cost of 28 euro all inclusive, provides for the morning visit to the Museum “The knights of the Hills”, lunch at the Oasis Tourist Taraxi based on local dishes, and in the afternoon GeoMuseo visit to the Monte Arci.
