L’A.T.Pro-loco Esterzili per il sesto anno consecutivo rinnova l’appuntamento con la buona cucina e la tradizione.
Esterzili, piccolo paese incorniciato da suggestivi paesaggi naturali, offre la sua consueta ospitalità per una giornata dedicata alla riscoperta di antichi sapori, suoni e gestualità.
Durante la giornata sarà possibile assaporare piatti tipici tradizionali e assistere a spettacoli itineranti per le vie del paese.

PROGRAMMA:
10 AGOSTO
ORE 22.30 Festeggiamenti in onore di Santa Vittoria Classe 1978 .Esibizione in Piazza Sant’Ignazio del Gruppo “10 KM LIVE” a seguire Dj Charlie T.

11 AGOSTO
ESTERZILIBIKE: gara ciclistica su strada organizzata dalla Polisportiva Santa Vittoria Sezione Ciclismo. Partenza alle ore 9.00 dalla Piazza Sant’Ignazio. Per informazioni contattare: Gianluigi Usai 3406769379, Orlando Melis 3358111191.
• ORE 22.00 In Piazza San Teodoro. Gruppo Teatro Esterzili in “La storia del soldato”, liberamente tratto da “L’histoire du soldat” di Igor Stravinskij . Regia di Gianluca e Noemi Medas.
• ORE 22.45 Festeggiamenti in onore di Santa Vittoria Classe 1978 .Balli in Piazza Sant’Ignazio con il Fisarmonicista Silvano Fadda.

12 AGOSTO
Ore 11.00 Inizio Manifestazione.
• Apertura stand e laboratori artigianali.
• Musica in piazza Sant’Ignazio con il fisarmonicista di Esterzili Bernardino Boi.

Ore 12.00 Ferratura del cavallo in Piazza Sant’Ignazio
• Saranno allestiti diversi punti ristoro nel centro storico.

Ore 15.00 Musica itinerante con : il Tenores Sant’Efis di Orune, l’organetto di Pietro Tanda e le launeddas di Giuseppe Tatti, accompagnati dai colori dell’abito tradizionale dei paesi della Sardegna.

Ore 16.30 Ferratura del cavallo in Piazza Barbagia.

Ore 17.00 Inizio degustazione cocois, cocoèddas e frigadori in Piazza Sant’Ignazio.
• Musica itinerante con: Tenores Sant’Efis di Orune e il Coro Polifonico “Bachis Sulis” di Aritzo.

Ore 18.00 Sfilata per le vie del centro storico de “Sos Thurpos”, maschere etniche di Orotelli.

Dalle ore 19.30 Inizio minirassegna folcloristica con la direzione artistica di Alessandro Melis:
• Gruppo folk “Ortobene” di Nuoro.
• Coro Polifonico “Bachis Sulis” di Aritzo.
• Tenore Sant’Efis di Orune.
• Launeddas Andrea Pisu e Giuseppe Tatti.
• Organetto Pietro Tanda e Silvano Fadda.

Cosa sono e come si presentano Is Coccoeddasa e Su Frigadori?

- SU FRIGADORI è un fragrante pane piatto cotto nel forno a legna il cui impasto è costituito principalmente da patate, cipolle e formaggio in salamoia (casu ‘e fitta).
In origine veniva realizzato con l’impasto avanzato dalla preparazione del pane.

- IS COCOEDDAS sono costituite da una pasta esterna che avvolge un morbido ripieno. La pasta esterna è la stessa che viene utilizzata nella preparazione dei culurgionis, composta principalmente da farina, semola e acqua. Il ripieno è formato sopratutto da patate schiacciate, formaggio in salamoia (casu ‘e fitta) e ciccioli di maiale (s’erda). La pasta che avvolge il ripieno de is cocoèddas è molto sottile e viene chiusa a mano, pizzicandola con le dita, la tradizione prevede diversi tipi di chiusura che danno a is cocoèddas diverse forme. Vengono infine fritte nell’olio bollente e possono essere servite sia calde che fredde.

• will be prepared on-site dining in the historic center.

15.00 Music traveling with: Tenores Sant’Efis of Orune, the organ of Peter Tanda and launeddas of Joseph Tatti, accompanied by the colors of the traditional countries of Sardinia.

16.30 Horse Shoeing in Piazza Barbagia.

17.00 Start tasting cocois, cocoèddas and frigadori in St. Ignatius Piazza.
• Music traveling with: Tenores Sant’Efis of Orune and the Choir “Bachis Sulis” Aritzo.

18.00 Parade through the streets of the historic center of “Sos Thurpos” ethnic masks of Orotelli.

From 19.30 Start minirassegna folk with the artistic direction of Alessandro Melis:

What are they and how they present themselves and Coccoeddasa Is On Frigadori?

- SU FRIGADORI is a fragrant flat bread baked in a wood oven where the mixture consists mainly of potatoes, onions and cheese in brine (Casual ‘and thick).
Originally it was made with the dough left over from the making of bread.

- IS COCOEDDAS are constituted by a pasta external enveloping a soft filling. The outer dough is the same that is used in the preparation of culurgionis, mainly composed of flour, semolina and water. The filling is made mostly from mashed potatoes, cheese in brine (Casual ‘and dense) and pork rinds (s’erda). The dough that surrounds the filling is de cocoèddas is very thin and is closed by hand by pinching with your fingers, tradition provides different types of closures that give is cocoèddas different forms. Are then fried in hot oil and can be served both hot and cold.
