41° SAGRA DEGLI AGRUMI 5-7 APRILE

La Sagra degli Agrumi soffia un vento di festa su Muravera

La manifestazione, nata come vetrina per far conoscere ed apprezzare le produzioni agrumicole locali, negli anni è diventata un piacevole appuntamento primaverile per turisti e visitatori che vogliono trascorrere una  giornata originale ricca di appuntamenti.

L’agrume è il principe della festa e le conferisce colore, sapore e gusto. Lungo le strade sarà possibile ammirare e degustare il protagonista dell’evento declinato secondo ricette tipiche, originali ed invitanti. Numerosi saranno i punti vendita in cui poter acquistare questi succosi frutti di stagione.

Tre giorni durante i quali, oltre a godere delle bellezze naturalistiche e culturali del territorio, si assiste ad un’importante sfilata che si snoda lungo le vie di Muravera, adorne di arazzi pregiati e tappeti policromi, con le originali etnotraccas che riproducono scorci di vita agro-pastorale, le maschere etniche dell’entroterra e i gruppi rappresentativi del folklore sardo che rallegreranno la festa cantando ed esibendosi nei loro costumi di stoffe preziose e colorate, adorne di gioielli in filigrana.

I suonatori di launeddas saranno la colonna sonora della sagra cui faranno da contorno visite guidate agli agrumeti, convegni, laboratori creativi, mostre tematiche, musei itineranti, un concorso fotografico, manifestazioni sportive, spettacoli di musica e danze tradizionali.

The Festival of Citrus wind blows to feast on Muravera

The event was born as a showcase to raise awareness and appreciation of the local citrus productions over the years has become a pleasant spring appointment for tourists and visitors who want to spend a day full of original appointments.

Citrus is the prince of the party and gives color, flavor and taste. Along the roads you can see and taste the protagonist declined according to recipes, original and inviting. Many will be in stores where you can buy these juicy fruits in season.

Three days, during which, in addition to enjoy the natural and cultural beauty of the area, there is an important procession that winds through the streets of Muravera, adorned with precious tapestries and carpets colored, with original etnotraccas depicting glimpses of life agro-pastoral hinterland ethnic masks and groups representing the Sardinian folklore that rejoice the festival singing and performing in their costumes and colorful precious fabrics, adorned with filigree jewelery.

The launeddas players will be the soundtrack of the festival which will surround guided tours of the orchards, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, museums, traveling, a photo contest, sports events, music performances and traditional dances.
