3° EDIZIONE GRANDE ARRAMPICATA – SANTADI – DOMENICA 8 DICEMBRE 20133th EDITION GREAT ROCK CLAMBING – SANTADI – SUNDAY DECEMBER 8

Domenica 8 Dicembre a Pantaleo ( Santadi ) siete tutti invitati a partecipare alla 3° EDIZIONE DELLA  GRANDE ARRAMPICATA

Trattasi di un escursione con giro ad anello di 55 km circa con dislivello di 1500 Mt, nel tragitto sono previsti Due punti ristoro, RITROVO alle ore 8,00 presso la Località di Pantaleo e PARTENZA alle ore 8,30, si richiede la massima puntualità.

L’itinerario sarà il seguente:
partenza verso Terresoli in direzione Santadi Basso quindi attraverseremo l’antico medau di Genniomus, lo sterrato che in salita ci porterà verso Prantas Ladas dove troveremo un primo punto ristoro quindi breve tratto in asfalto per poi riprendere lo sterrato fino a Isai, breve sosta alla sorgente d’acqua e ripartenza in direzione Arcu di Giomaria dove troveremo il secondo punto ristoro a questo punto chi non volesse affrontare il single trek finale potrà optare per scendere a Pantaleo dallo sterrato principale, gli altri invece si dirigeranno verso Is Alineddus dove entreremo nel single trek kilometrico ( Bellissimo ) e scenderemo al ritrovo principale di Pantaleo, arrivati al punto di partenza avremo a disposizione il locale ex ristorante dove l’Associazione anziani preparerà il pranzo a tutti i partecipanti.

Costo Escursione + pranzo 15€ gradita la prenotazione entro Giovedì 5 Dicembre, Grazie. Per gli accompagnatori quota pranzo di 12€.

Non essendo una GARA, si invitano i partecipanti a rispettare le più classiche norme di sicurezza in materia quindi CASCO in testa, fornitura idrica e alimentare e non meno importante attrezzatura di manutenzione per l’MTB e soprattutto essere nelle condizioni fisiche appropriate a sostenere l’evento.

This is a hike round trip of about 55 km with a vertical drop of 1,500 Mt in the route are provided Two dining options, MEETING at 8:00 am at the City of Pantaleo and START at 8:30 am , it requires the utmost punctuality .

The route will be as follows :
departure to Terresoli towards Santadi Basso then cross the old medau of Genniomus , the dirt road that will take us uphill to Prantas Ladas where we will find a food court first then short stretch of asphalt and then resume the dirt road up to Jesse , a brief stop at the source water and re-start in the direction of Arcu Giomaria where we will find the second refreshment at this point who does not want to deal with the singles final trek will have the option to go down to Pantaleo from the main dirt road , the others will head Alineddus is where we will enter the single trek kilometric ( Beautiful ) and descend to the main meeting Pantaleo , arrived at the starting point we will have the former local restaurant where the Association seniors prepare lunch for all participants .

Cost Hike + room 15 € Reservations recommended by Thursday, December 5 , Thank you. For the accompanying fee of € 12 lunch .

Not being a RACE , they invite participants to comply with the more traditional safety standards in the field and then in the head HELMET , water and food supply , and no less important for the maintenance of equipment and MTB mainly be in the physical condition appropriate to support the ‘ event.
