Si rinnova anche quest’anno l’appuntamneto con la sagra del Carciofo a Samassi giunta ormai alla sua 26° edizione che si svolgerà il 21,22 e 23 marzo 2014

GIOVEDÌ 20 MARZO
-ore 16,30 “Alla scoperta dei nostri prodotti della terra”: percorso didattico per gli alunni della scuola elementa re in visita nelle aziende agricole locali che propongono dei laboratori tematici in occasione della Sagra presso l’Azienda Coop. 27 Febbraio e la Fattoria Didattica Tanca de Soli.

VENERDÌ 21 MARZO
-ore 17,30 Convegno “Strumenti di valorizzazione enogastronomica del carciofo” e a seguire presentazione di 3 piatti tradizionali a base di carciofo , a cura dell’Agenzia Regionale LAORE presso l’Aula Consiliare del Comune di Samassi in via G. Deledda.

SABATO 22 MARZO
-ore 9,00 Apertura Laboratori del Gusto sulla lavorazione tipica del Pane di semola e della Pasta Fresca presso “Fattoria Didattica Tanca de Soli” e su “Agnello e carciofi…in tutte le salse” presso “Azienda Coop. 27 Febbraio”.
-ore 10,30 Inaugurazione XXVII Sagra del Carciofo e XVI Fiera Agro Alimentare in piazza Mercato, alla presenza delle Autorità Civili, Militari e Religiose. Partecipano la Banda Musicale “Stanislao Silesu”, i gruppi Folk “S.Isidoro” e “Su Pottabi” di Samassi.
Apertura della mostra Fotografica presso l’Aula Consiliare del Comune.
-ore 10,30 Apertura Laboratorio del Gusto sulla Lavorazione tipica del formaggio fresco abbinato al miele e allo zafferano presso “Cortile Biblioteca Comunale”.
-ore 11,00 Apertura Laboratorio sulla Lavorazione della Luffa cylindrica presso “Casa Mancosu”.
-ore 13,00/15,00 Ristorazione presso la tensostruttura della Pro Loco in piazza Mercato con piatti tipici a base di carciofo.
-ore 15,00 PEDALONGA pedalata amatoriale in Mountain Bike aperta a tutti, partenza da p.zza Italia.
-ore 15,30 Laboratorio sulla Lavorazione della Luffa cylindrica presso “Casa Mancosu”.
-ore 17,00 Laboratorio di Analisi sensoriale e degustazione guidata del carciofo in abbinamento con 3 tipologie di olio locale a cura dell’Agenzia Regionale LAORE presso l’Aula Consiliare del Comune di Samassi in via G. Deledda.
-ore 18,00 Esibizione di Gruppi Folk sul palco in P.zza Italia, Su Pottabi di Samassi – Sant’Isidoro di Samassi, Gruppo Folk “Tradizioni Popolari” di Ortacesus – Gruppo Folk “Su Stentu” di Serramanna.
-ore 21,30 Chiusura stands Fiera.

DOMENICA 23 MARZO
-ore 8,45 XXXVI Marcialonga del Carciofo, abbinata al 28° Memorial Giovani Val di Fiemme, organizzata dall’U.S. ACLI Mariano Scano di Samassi in collaborazione con l’Assessorato allo Sport del Comune di Samassi.
-ore 9,00 Apertura stands XXVII Sagra e XVI Fiera Agro Alimentare del Medio Campidano.
-ore 9,15 Laboratori del Gusto sulla Lavorazione tipica del Pane di semola e della Pasta Fresca presso “Fattoria Didattica Tanca de Soli” e su “Agnello e carciofi…in tutte le salse” presso “Azienda Coop. 27 Febbraio”.
-ore 10,00 Raduno in piazza Italia dei pittori per l’estemporanea di Pittura al pomeriggio. Dopo consegnati i quadri, al pomeriggio verranno esposti nell’Aula Consiliare del Comune per essere valutati dalla giuria.
-ore 13,00/15,00 Ristorazione presso la tensostruttura della Pro Loco in P.zza Mercato con piatti tipici a base di carciofo.
