XX^ SAGRA DEL MIELE 2013
La manifestazione, che è ormai una consolidata consuetudine nel panorama degli appuntamenti che caratterizzano la stagione turistica del Medio Campidano, porta nel centro minerario non solo esperti e appassionati di miele, ma richiama anche il grande pubblico per il fascino degli allestimenti predisposti e le varie iniziative di contorno.
Al centro dell’attenzione è naturalmente il miele, l’iniziativa deve gran parte del suo successo anche al fatto di proporre una serie di stimolanti spunti di contorno. La Sagra del miele, cerca di soddisfare le aspettative dei numerosi visitatori che hanno a disposizione un nutrito programma e una location naturale di tutto rispetto: il polmone verde di Montevecchio e i resti della miniera.
La cultura del miele appassiona ormai tutti per questo nella due giorni, dedicata al prezioso regalo delle api, aspettiamo migliaia di persone che hanno la possibilità di visitare gli stand e di assaggiare le varietà di miele e conoscere dai produttori come nasce uno degli alimenti più preziosi della dieta mediterranea.
Si potranno degustare tutti i mieli che hanno ricevuto attestati di qualità nel 14° concorso mieli tipici di Sardegna.
Inoltre grazie al caseificio L’armentizia Moderna nei due giornate sarà possibile degustare anche la ricotta con il miele.
Spettacoli e mostre, corollario della manifestazione, danno valore aggiunto e rendono la Sagra del miele, anche quest’anno la festa di tutti, famiglie e giovani.
La sagra del miele nel 2013 compie 20 anni si arriva al ventennale con due concorsi, uno fotografico nazionale dal titolo “L’APE, IL MIELE E L’AMBIENTE”, e un concorso per le scuole dal titolo “IL MONDO DELLE API E IL MIELE”, riservato alle scuole primarie e dell’infanzia di Guspini.
Inoltre si svolgerà nei giorni precedenti la sagra dal 19 al 22 agosto un corso di introduzione all’analisi sensoriale del miele riconosciuto dall’albo nazionale con docenti del CRA API di Bologna, con consegna degli attestati di partecipazione il giorno del convegno del 24.

Il convegno tecnico del 24 agosto “ APICOLTURA, UOMO, AMBIENTE:
AGRICOLTURA SOSTENIBILE E QUALITA’ DELLA VITA ”. Alla fine della mattinata le premiazioni della 14^ edizione del concorso Regionale Premio qualità mieli tipici ”Montevecchio”, che rimane l’unico concorso regionale sul miele in Sardegna.
Numerosi Apicoltori esporranno nei due giorni della Sagra, il loro miele negli stand allestiti negli spazi adiacenti la Palazzina della Direzione. Ci sarà una nutrita partecipazione di produttori provenienti da diverse località della Sardegna, a dimostrazione che la Sagra sta acquisendo anche una valenza economica non indifferente.
Sarà possibile come ogni anno fare escursioni alle 6.00 e alle 18.00 sia del 24 che del 25 all’areale del cervo sardo accompagnati dalle associazioni storiche che operano nel settore della salvaguardia degli ungulati, Elafos, Ente Foreste della Sardegna ecc.
Inoltre escursioni nordic walking tiro con l’arco, laboratori e intrattenimento per bambini.
Ci sarà inoltre una istallazione sonora e video documentario sulla Miniera di Montevecchio tesi del dott. Nicola Fadda neolaureando.
Ci saranno dei laboratori sensoriali olfattivi, laboratori di feltratura con ago di lana, preparazione di unguenti con cera e olio.
Nel pomeriggio di domenica 25 ci sarà un annullo filatelico in occasione del ventennale della Sagra

XX ^ HONEY FESTIVAL 2013
The event, which is now a well-established practice in the panorama of events that characterize the tourist season in the Middle Campidano door in the mining center not only experts and enthusiasts of honey, but also draws the general public to the charm of the preparations and prepared the various initiatives contour.

The honey festival in 2013 is 20 years old you get to twenty years with two competitions, one national photographic entitled “The EPA, HONEY AND THE ENVIRONMENT”, and a competition for schools entitled “THE WORLD OF BEES AND THE HONEY “, reserved for primary and nursery schools in Guspini.
Also will take place in the days before the festival August 19 to 22 an introduction to sensory analysis of honey from the register recognized national teachers of the CRA API Bologna, with delivery of certificates of participation on the day of the conference, 24.

SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE AND QUALITY ‘OF LIFE “. At the end of the morning the awards ceremony of the 14th edition of the Regional Quality Award honeys “Montevecchio”, which remains the only regional competition on honey in Sardinia.
Many beekeepers will exhibit during the two days of the festival, their honey in the stands set up in the spaces adjacent to the house of the Directorate. There will be a large participation of producers from different areas of Sardinia, demonstrating that the Festival is also putting an economic value is not indifferent.
