20° SAGRA DE IS CULURGIONIS – SADALI – 3-4 AGOSTO 201320th IS CULURGIONIS FESTIVAL – SADALI – AUGUST 3 TO 4

A Sadali, paese medievale arroccato nel cuore della Barbagia di Seulo, da vent’anni si celebra l’incrocio di natura, sapori e antichi mestieri che trovano nei culurgionis la sintesi perfetta.

Cibo simbolico, i culurgionis preparati nella ricorrenza estiva dalle sapienti mani delle massaie locali, che intrecciano i contorni della pasta riproducendo la forma della spiga, celebrano ancora oggi il rito dell’annata agraria conclusa, propiziano il favore di quella futura.
Donati ancora oggi in segno di amicizia, benevolenza e rispetto, sono un vero e proprio piatto cerimoniale che sottolinea le varie sfumature simboliche del cibo, nutrimento e comunicazione tra le persone.

A questo cibo, il Comune e la Pro loco di Sadali dedicano da vent’anni un evento estivo, che quest’anno si arricchirà di momenti artistici e culturali:
– passeggiate ecologiche nel verdissimo territorio circostante, tra la cascata Su Stampu ‘e su Turrunu, il nuraghe Accoudulassu, le grotte de Is Janas
– concerti e spettacoli musicali, con balli in piazza, alla riscoperta delle tradizioni
– laboratori per adulti e bambini
– artisti di strada
– reading musicati e storie itineranti.

Pro loco Sadali, l’Associazione culturale Artifizio, il Campo delle Storie di Sadali, la Protezione civile e la Croce Rossa.A Sadali, a medieval village perched in the heart of Barbagia of Seulo, for twenty years we celebrate the intersection of nature, flavors and ancient crafts that are in the culurgionis the perfect synthesis.

Food symbolic culurgionis prepared in the recurrence summer by the expert hands of the local housewives, who weave the edges of the dough reproducing the shape of the ear, still celebrating the rite of the agricultural year ended, propitiate the favor of the future.
Donati still a sign of friendship, kindness and respect, are a real ceremonial dish that highlights the various shades symbolic of food, nutrition and communication between people.

For this food, the City and the Pro Loco of Sadali devote twenty years a summer event, which this year includes artistic and cultural moments:
– Ecological walks in the green surrounding area, including the waterfall On Stampu ‘and Turrunu, the Nuraghe Accoudulassu, the caves of Is Janas
– Concerts and music shows, with dancing in the streets, the rediscovery of traditions
– Workshops for adults and children
– Street artists
– Reading stories to music and traveling.
