The first major event with tradition, music and dances of Sulcis will be attended by as many as 17 folk groups that parade through the streets of the town and will perform in traveling dances, songs and music. Among others will perform: the female choir Voices of St. Anne and St. Isidore Choir (Teulada – Sant’Anna Arresi). The procession with the clothes Sulcis will be accompanied by the music of launeddas Soggiu Sebastian and Nicola Agus, the organ of Tore Agus and Emanuele Sulas, the accordion of Gianni Desogus and loneliness, of the Antonine Mei.
The route starts at 16:00 from Piazza Municipio to continue in Via Cagliari, Martyrs Square, Via C. Battisti, Via Italy, Satta, Giudicessa Via Vera, Via Italy and return to the Town Hall Square, where they will continue choreographed dances, songs and melodies Sulcis and finally Ballus de Pratza with the involvement of the general public.

For the special event public places, the houses of the main streets of the town will be decorated with the help of the population arresina with plants, flowers and sprigs of good omen and color that will recreate the atmosphere of traditional festivals. Along the streets of the route will display works of local craftsmanship, the products of our land, flavors and fragrances from all over the Sulcis.
The Association Sant’Anna Folk Group invites people to arresina a warm and great participation in this journey into our identity with the exhibition of objects, photographs, articles of clothing of the past and wearing the clothes of our tradition.
