15th Gospel Generation è un evento studiato per festeggiare i 15 anni di concerti del Coro Gospel Black Soul. La data del primo concerto del popolare gruppo cagliaritano risale infatti al 30 Gennaio 1998 nel salone parrocchiale di San Paolo. In tutti questi anni di attività il gruppo, la cui musica annuncia il messaggio del Gospel (=Vangelo), è sempre stato al servizio dei più sfortunati: tutto il ricavato dei concerti e delle attività infatti è devoluto in beneficenza e a progetti di solidarietà che il gruppo segue dalla nascita.

La rassegna 15th Gospel Generation si svolgerà in 3 giorni e comprenderà un Workshop/Seminario Gospel per cantanti e due concerti.

Il seminario sarà tenuto da Aurelio Pitino che è il direttore degli Anno Domini Gospel Choir di Torino, il primo e più famoso tra i cori Gospel in Italia (attivo fin dai primissimi anni ’90).

Collaboreranno al seminario anche il direttore dei Black Soul Gospel Choir Francesco Mocci, il pianista Pierandrea Maxia e l’ospite straniero Jnr Robinson, che già si è esibito durante i concerti natalizi dei Black Soul nel 2010, con un grandissimo riscontro di pubblico. I giorni dedicati al seminario saranno 1-2 Febbraio con la SS.Messa conclusiva il 3 Febbraio presso la parrocchia di San Paolo a Cagliari.

I due concerti saranno sabato 2 e domenica 3 febbraio rispettivamente all’Auditorium del Conservatorio di Cagliari e al Teatro Lirico. Il sabato sarà dedicato agli Anno Domini Gospel Choir di Torino insieme a Jnr Robinson e ad un’altra artista straniera, proveniente dal Texas (USA): Kirisma Evans. La domenica il concerto di chiusura sarà per il gruppo di casa, i Black Soul che avranno con loro sul palco anche tutit gli ospiti della rassegna.

Venerdi 1 Febbraio

Sabato 2 Febbraio

h 9,00 – 18,00: “Let’s Sing Gospel!” Seconda parte del Seminario/Workshop

h 21,00: Concerto degli Anno Domini Gospel Choir, Jnr Robinson, Kirisma Evans – Auditorium del Conservatorio di Cagliari

Domenica 3 Febbraio

10 euro: biglietto singolo per uno dei due concerti;

15 euro: abbonamento per assistere ad entrambi i concerti;

15th Generation Gospel is an event designed to celebrate 15 years of concerts by the Black Soul Gospel Choir. The date of the first concert of the popular group Cagliari dates back to January 30, 1998 in the parish hall of St. Paul. In all these years the group, whose music announces the message of the Gospel (= Gospel), has always been to serve the less fortunate: all the proceeds of the concerts and activities in fact go to charity and solidarity projects that group following the birth.

The event will take place 15th Generation Gospel in 3 days and will include a workshop / seminar for Gospel singers and two concerts.

The seminar will be held by Aurelio Pitino who is the director of the Anno Domini Gospel Choir of Turin, the first and most famous of the Gospel choir in Italy (active since the early ’90s).

Cooperate in the seminar also the director of the Black Soul Gospel Choir Mocci Francis, pianist Pierandrea Maxia and foreign guest Jnr Robinson, who already performed during the Christmas concerts of Black Soul in 2010, with a great response from the public. The days spent at the seminar will be February 1 to 2 SS.Messa with the final on February 3 at the parish of St. Paul in Cagliari.

The two concerts will be Saturday 2 and Sunday, February 3rd respectively in the Auditorium of the Conservatory of Cagliari and the Opera House. Saturday will be devoted to Anno Domini Gospel Choir of Turin with Jnr Robinson and another foreign artist, from Texas (USA): Kirisma Evans. On Sunday, the closing concert will be for the home team, the Black Soul who have with them on stage tutit the guests of the festival.
