11th BOTTARGA FESTIVAL – CABRAS – 18 TO 19 AUGUST

Saturday 18 and Sunday, August 19 in Cabras takes place the 11th edition of the festival of Roe, one of the most important events organized by the municipality of Cabras in collaboration with the Association of producers of bottarga from Cabras, local wineries and the Consortium Sinis Agricola.

Saturday, August 18

- At 19.30 Permanent Gallery opening of the “Race Scalzi”

- 20.00 opening stand and tasting of typical dishes with bottarga

- 21.00 pm music and dancing in the streets with the organ player Alessandro Nonnis

Sunday, August 19

- 20.00 opening stand and tasting of typical dishes with bottarga

- 21.00 evening of music and dancing in the streets with the folk group “The Discalced Cabras” accompanied by accordionist Julian Armas, from Stafano fin to Launeddas and Joachim Raffone the bagpipes
