La prossima edizione dell’Oktoberfest inizia il 20 Settembre e termina il 5 ottobre 2014.
L’ingresso degli osti e dei birrai alla Wiesn
Festa d’inaugurazione dell’Oktoberfest con le famiglie degli osti, carrozze decorate, carri delle fabbriche di birra monacensi tirati da file di cavalli o buoi, le cameriere su carri decorati e tutte le orchestrine degli stand. La sfilata si svolgerà in qualsiasi condizione metereologica.

La sfilata di costumi tradizionali e “Schützen” si svolge la domenica del primo weekend. L’inizio è alle ore 10.00 e la sua durata è di circa 2 ore.
Il percorso della sfilata: Max II. Denkmal, Maximilianstraße, Residenzstraße, Odeonsplatz, Lenbachplatz, Karlsplatz-Stachus, Sonnenstraße, Schwanthalerstraße, Paul-Heyse-Straße, Georg-Hirth-Platz, Kaiser-Ludwig-Platz, Festwiese.
La sfilata di costumi tradizionali e “Schützen” è l’evento più famoso dell’Oktoberfest e si svolge la prima domenica dell’Oktoberfest.
La parata di costumi tradizionali e Schützen (tiratori) è una pittoresca e festosa carrellata sulle usanze e sulle tradizioni bavaresi, ma anche delle altre regioni tedesche. La parata, che si svolge per le strade del centro di Monaco di Baviera ed è lunga ben 7 chilometri, è composta da gruppi folcloristici vestiti a festa, gruppi in uniformi storiche, orchestrine, bande di fanfare e suonatori, tiratori agonistici e alpini, cavalli di razza, buoi, mucche, capre, carri con tiri di cavalli o buoi dei produttori di birra, molti carri addobbati con rappresentazioni delle usanze regionali, sbandieratori, danzatori e carrozze storiche. Uno spettacolo da non perdere.
La sfilata si svolgerà in qualsiasi condizione metereologica.
Concerto di tutte le orchestrine dell’Oktoberfest
La Domenica del secondo weekend, dalle ore 11.00 c’è il grande conterto di tutte le orchestre ospitate negli stand dell’Oktoberfest. In caso di maltempo il concerto è rimandato alla domenica successiva, sempre alle ore 11:00. Il concerto si svolge sulla scalinata della Bavaria.

I Requisiti della Purezza Bavarese
Non è una coincidenza, che la Baviera abbia la migliore birra al mondo: dal 16 ° secolo vi sono stati rigorosi regolamenti riguardo la produzione della birra e su come mantenere l’alta qualità del prodotto finale, partendo dalla scelta degli ingredienti con molta attenzione.
Una delle leggi più antiche in materia di alimenti e bevande è quelle che riguarda i requisiti di Purezza Bavarese, decretata dal duca William IV. nel 1516: solo acqua, luppolo e orzo devono essere utilizzati per fabbricare la birra bavarese.
I Gettoni della Birra
La maggior parte aziende distribuisce gettoni ( “Biermarken” in tedesco) ai loro ospiti, che possono poi essere scambiati con la birra nelle rispettive tende. Se si desidera acquistare gettoni di birra, si prega di contattare direttamente il proprietario del Festhalle.

E’ consigliato prenotare i posti a sedere con largo anticipo, di solito addirittura di anno in anno. Infatti già dal mese di Febbraio o Marzo non c’è più spazio per le prenotazioni.
Per prenotare posti a sedere, bisogna contattare direttamente le tende oppure scrivere a noi che organizziamo viaggi all’Oktoberfest tutti gli anni.

Se non si riesce a prenotare un posto nelle tende più grandi provate le tende piccole che sono allo stesso modo divertenti oppure i posti a sedere nei “Biergarten” al di fuori dei tendoni principali.

E’ vivamente consigliato di arrivare all’Oktoberfest di buon’ora.
Per esempio, durante la settimana, arrivare entro e non oltre le 14.30 e nei fine settimana meglio andare al mattino.
In caso contrario si corre il rischio di non essere in grado di entrare nelle varie tende perché ormai strapiene.
I gruppi più numerosi devono aspettare in fila come tutti gli altri, non verrà comunque servita birra a chi non ha un posto a sedere!
Come arrivare all’ Oktoberfest
L’Oktoberfest si svolge sulla sterminata area di Monaco di Baviera chiamata Theresienwiesen.
Theresienwiese si trova a circa 10 – 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale Hauptbahnhof, quindi chi alloggia in zona può facilmente arrivare a piedi: trovare la strada non è difficile, basta seguire il fiume di gente vestita alla bavarese che tutti i giorni va alla festa. Tutto sommato fare 2 passi fa bene: prima e sopratutto dopo.
E’ assolutamente sconsigliato arrivare nei pressi della festa in macchina: è difficile trovare posto, i parcheggi lungo la strada sono a pagamento e specialmente la sera le strade sono molto trafficate.
Per i più pigri o per chi alloggia lontano c’è anche la metro che ferma sotto la festa…che volete di più ?
Ultima alternativa, il taxi, anche se non è facile trovarne uno libero la sera e avere la fortuna di incontrare un tassista disposto a far salire a bordo degli stranieri non troppo sobri sulla propria auto.
E’ molto importante tenere presente che le norme di sicurezza stradale in Germania sono molto severe e i controlli puntuali. All’uscita dell’ Oktoberfest è facile trovare la polizia ed essere sottoposti alla prova del palloncino.
Per questi motivi è bene valutare con attenzione il mezzo di trasporto più consono per arrivare alla festa. Dall’Italia l’auto propria appare una scelta facile, ma ricordati chi guida non beve ! In alternativa il treno o l’aereo abbinato ad un taxi può essere una soluzione, anche se non tra le più economiche.
Per godersi appieno l’ Oktoberfest 2014 ti consigliamo il bus. Scegliere un viaggio organizzato vuol dire non avere problemi con la polizia stradale, non dover cercare il parcheggio e magari fare anche nuove amicizie con cui condividere l’esperienza dell’Oktoberfest!

How to get to ‘Oktoberfest
The Oktoberfest takes place on the vast area of Monaco of Bavaria called Theresienwiese.
Theresienwiese is about a 10-15 minute walk from the central station Hauptbahnhof, so those staying in the area can easily walk: finding your way is not difficult, just follow the stream of people dressed in Bavarian every day goes to the party .
